make food (drink): Agua de Valencia

Agua de Valencia, or Water of Valencia, is typically made with Spanish cava, rather than French champagne.

• Put some ice cubes into a large jug
• Add ¾ litre orange juice, ¼ litre Cava and 50grams sugar.
• Once the fizz subsides, add1 – 2 shots of Cointreau. Serve immediately.
